Do you run background checks?
No. We do not run background checks. We ask every guest to complete our online application.
Do you have security cameras?
Yes! We have cameras all throughout our community to ensure everything is on the up and up!
What are your rates?
RV Site – Full Hook-up
Monthly – $675, all bills paid, including electric and internet. 50-amp costs nothing extra.
Weekly – $225
Nightly – $39

How do you collect payment?
Payments are all digital. No cash or checks are accepted. We use an online reservation system to keep track of your stay and payments.
Do you have on-site management?
The park is managed by phone and text, with maintenance staff who look after the property. Call or text us any time you need something.
Refund Policy?
We understand situations occur and you may need to cancel. Please find below our strict cancellation policy..
1. 30% Fee of your total reservation upon cancellation of any reservation, no exception.
2. 100% Fee (No refund) if you check in and need to check out immediately for any reason.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or checks.
Can I reserve a site without parking my camper?
Yes, we do offer the ability to lock your site in. Some guests want to reserve a site for a year or several months at a time, and we are happy to accommodate these requests.

Do you offer any other amentities?
We do not have any on-site amenities. We do not have laundry or shower rooms. We offer full hook-ups to each site only.
Do you offer full hook-up at the RV Site?
Yes. Every site has full hookups: 20/30/50-amp electric, water and sewer, plus 1 GB internet, wired and wireless. 50-amp costs nothing extra.
